    We have produced a few aluminum manifold systems which fit the cooling requirements for specific engines. This section features the systems which are designed for particular Kubota and Isuzu engines.
    Each of these systems is sold either as a system, or as individual parts. Both are designed to accommodate the cooling requirements of the engine under full continuous load at maximum rated RPM.

    We continuously expand our inventory of replacement parts. If you do not see the part you want, call us to see if it has been added since this list was published.

    We are able to reproduce, either exactly or with a functionally equivalent part, many out of production or hard to get replacement heat exchangers, cores, tube-stacks etc. If we do not have the part you need, call to see if we can reproduce it from your original.

    The exchangers listed include direct replacements, equivalent units and original designs. Call to determine the best fit for your application.

  • Industrial-heat

    Building on a long and successful association with the marine industry, Orca Marine Cooling Systems is now manufacturing shell and tube heat exchangers for non-marine use. These include engine oil coolers, fuel coolers, transmission oil coolers and hydraulic oil coolers, as well as custom design engine and turbocharger cooling exchangers. We have built heat exchangers for both mobile and stationary equipment.

    We maintain our focus on designs which are logical step-outs from our fabrication for the marine industry, and hence concentrate in the following areas:

    These Heat Exchangers are stock designs, not associated with any particular engine. These offer a starting point for further customization, if desired, to develop a heat exchanger for unique or previously unencountered circumstances.

    Our stock external expansion tanks and reservoirs are fabricated in copper, fitted with a 15# pressure cap and one or more hose connections.

    This reservoir is illustrated without a mounting bracket. We have mounting brackets for virtually any mounting configuration. Reservoir is held in position with stainless steel clamps (not shown).

    An overflow recovery bottle may be added to a system utilizing these tanks, by connecting to the fill neck tubing fitting provided.

    Illustrated here are vertically mounted reservoirs. We also produce horizontal reservoirs with a variety of hose or threaded fittings, as well as expansion tanks which replace specific engine manufacturer's originals.
