Building on a long and successful association with the marine industry, Orca Marine Cooling Systems is now manufacturing shell and tube heat exchangers for non-marine use. These include engine oil coolers, fuel coolers, transmission oil coolers and hydraulic oil coolers, as well as custom design engine and turbocharger cooling exchangers. We have built heat exchangers for both mobile and stationary equipment.

We maintain our focus on designs which are logical step-outs from our fabrication for the marine industry, and hence concentrate in the following areas:

Shell Material:   Copper, Brass, Copper-Nickel, Bronze

                          2" through 8" nominal diameters

                           Lengths to 48 inches

Tube Material:   Copper, Copper-Nickel, Brass

                          Bare or internally finned

                           Diameters (OD) from 0.250 to 0.375"

Connection Styles:   Female Pipe Thread (NPTF) or beaded hose connections

Mounting Styles:      Integral brazed mounting feet or strapped mounting saddles or brackets

Pressure Ratings:      Consistent with materials and design temperatures
